Hello, I’m Bahar!
My desire with Uphuman creating the place where superheroes are born. I believe that everyone has the potential to achieve greatness, and we’re here to help you unleash your inner superhero.
We create energising coaching and training programs that move organisations and professionals forward so they become truly Uphuman.
As a professional certified coach, master trainer and marketer, I have gained valuable experience over the course of the last ten years working for multinational corporations, and have been able to use this experience to create Uphuman.
I led marketing strategies for 10 global brands, and has trained, coached, and developed numerous teams over 15 years of rich business experience. I had a chance to worked with multinational companies such as Danone, Hayat, Diageo, and Red Bull.
In addition to my corporate experience, I am also a Co-Active Coach and specialised in Mindfulness and Transactional Analysis. My credentials include a Professional Certified Coach by International Coach Federation, CTI (Co-Active Training Institute) Trained Coach, Mindfulness Modern Teacher by Mindfulness Alliance, and an Advanced Transactional Analysis Certificate by Adler Institute.
I have facilitated over 10,000 professionals via online and offline platforms and have worked with organisations like MoTF, Avon, HSBC, GSK, Amazon, Aramco, Islamic Development Bank, Leo Pharma, and Saudi Development Fund.
My goal is to make Uphuman a go-to source for individuals and organizations who are looking to reach new heights of success and fulfil their potential.
