Uphuman requires a commitment from clients who purchase a coaching package. All contracts are binding, and as such, we do not offer refunds on coaching services. Our goal is to coach you to your highest level of success, and part of that requires a full investment from you. When refunds are an option, it can create a situation where you may not be fully committed to the work, which may negatively impact your progress. Therefore, we strongly recommend that you decide before purchasing your package and committing to work with us that we are the right coach for you.

If you need to reschedule a coaching session, you may do so by providing 48 hours notice in advance of your session and making up the session within a week of the originally scheduled date. Sessions not cancelled 48 hours in advance will not be eligible for make-ups. We ask that you prioritise this work to receive the full benefit of your coaching package. We are committed to helping you achieve your goals and providing you with the support and tools you need to succeed.

Payment for Uphuman Coaching sessions is due at least one week before the session begins.
Uphuman Coaching accepts various payment methods such as bank transfers, PayPal, credit cards, or other agreed upon payment methods. However, the payment method may vary based on location and client agreements.

Uphuman Coaching does not provide refunds for missed or canceled sessions, unless under extraordinary circumstances, such as a medical emergency or other unforeseen events.

Cancellation: Clients must cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Clients who cancel with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full session fee.

Missed Sessions: If a client misses a session without giving at least 48 hours notice, they will be charged the full session fee. Clients may reschedule missed sessions if notice is given at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.

Yes, Uphuman Coaching may offer discounts or packages for clients who commit to a certain number of sessions or a certain period of coaching. These packages and discounts will be outlined and agreed upon by both parties prior to the start of coaching.
